GYMNASTICS
Our Recreational Gymnastics program is a progressive level based program for ages 6 and up. Our program and classes are carefully designed to encourage a successful and safe developmental process. Our classes are for anyone who is wanting to learn all four events of the Gymnastics discipline. No matter what your skill level is, whether you want to work towards being a future Olympian or you simply enjoy the sport of Gymnastics, we can help you safely achieve your goals and dreams to succeed!
Our program is a year-round program and enrollment is open all year!

Class Descriptions
GIRLS LEVEL 1 REC
Ages 6+ - $94
55 minutes
During this 55 minute Beginner class, each gymnast will begin learning fundamental skills & techniques on the four Olympic events. Each class begins with a fun, warmup and continues with scheduled rotations to vault, bars, balance beam and floor. During these rotations, children will develop handstands, cartwheels, rolls, bridges, and many other basics. We will also work to increase flexibility, strength, body control, coordination and most importantly CONFIDENCE!
BOYS LEVEL 1 REC
Ages 6+ - $94
55 minutes
During this 55 minute Beginner class, each gymnast will begin learning fundamental skills & techniques on the six Olympic events (Floor, Rings, Pommel Horse/Mushroom, Parallel Bars, Vault, and High Bar) Each class begins with a fun, warmup and continues with scheduled rotations. During these rotations, children will develop handstands, cartwheels, rolls, bridges, and many other basics. We will also work to build strength and endurance, increase flexibility, body control, coordination and most importantly CONFIDENCE! We want to encourage love and appreciation of the sport.
GIRLS LEVEL 2 REC
Ages 6+ - $94
55 minutes
This 55 minute class is for those students who have mastered and tested out of bronze. During this class, each gymnast will master fundamental skills & techniques on the four Olympic events.
In these rotations, children will continue to work on handstands, cartwheels, rolls, bridges, and many other skills.
GIRLS LEVEL 3 REC
Ages 6+
$114/month (1 Class)
$154/month (2 Classes)
85 minutes
This 85 minute class is for those student's who have mastered and tested out of silver. We suggest going to two classes. Each gymnast will continue working on skills and techniques on the four Olympic events. During these rotations, children will work on back walkovers and back handsprings as wells as, cartwheels and handstands on beam, jumps, leaps and turns.

GIRLS LEVEL 4 REC
Ages 6+

115 minutes
This 115 minute class is for those student's who have mastered and tested out of gold. We suggest going to both classes. Each gymnast will continue working on skills and techniques on the four Olympic events. During these rotations, children will work on back walkovers and back handsprings as wells as, cartwheels and handstands on beam, jumps, leaps and turns.
PRE-TEAM
Ages 5+ (Invitation Only)
Pre-Team is an invite-only class for gymnasts ages 5 years and up that will feed into our team programs here at Mpact. This class will also have a strength/conditioning based curriculum, while working on competitive gymnastics skills modified for their age group. Pre-team gymnasts will accomplish modified physical ability goals, while training to advance to our Girls Competitive Team program.
